Jess is a numbers person with a people-first approach and a strong belief that clear, compassionate communication matters just as much as clean books.

With nine years at the Australian Taxation Office and a Bachelor of Accounting from UniSA, Jess has worked across individuals, small businesses, and strategic advisory projects. Before that, she spent eight years in medical administration, where she learned to bring calm and clarity to complex systems.

She is currently working toward her tax and BAS agent registration. All BAS services are completed under the supervision of a registered accountant or tax agent. Jess refers all accounting work to her preferred accountant, James Booth (CA), founder of Booth Advisory and is also happy to collaborate with clients' existing accountants.

Jess loves working with clients who are ready for growth, change or feeling stuck— particularly creatives, builders, and trades — helping them get financially organised and move forward with confidence. Through Xero-exclusive bookkeeping and tailored support packages, she helps clients gain clarity, stay on track, and grow with purpose.

She’s all about making sure things run smoothly, clients feel supported, and no detail is ever missed. Super organised (but never uptight), Lauren knows life’s too short to be stressed — and she brings that energy into every inbox, spreadsheet, and conversation.

When she’s not keeping things on track at Creative Flow Advisory, you’ll find her working with couples as a celebrant, spending time with family and friends, or planning her next wonderful getaway.

James is the founder of Booth Advisory and our preferred accountant, he is an experienced business and taxation advisor focusing on the small to medium entity market, particularly with private clients and high net worth groups.  He has a passion for providing proactive advice to his clients allowing his clients to grow and maximise their wealth.

As a Chartered Accountant, James has thrived in the ever-changing accounting environment by staying at the forefront of accounting technology and current regulations.

James provides clients with clear and prompt business and taxation advice and ensures clients increase their own business and taxation knowledge.

Leading with a holistic approach, James assists his clients’ affairs from starting a business to retirement by supporting business growth, succession planning, superannuation, asset protection and estate planning.
